A home to enjoy with all the family. His communications with us and immediate responses were important to us. He always made himself available. We were at a distance, so he was creative in contacting us live while touring a property; understanding our needs and wants, and most of all negotiating with the sellers when we had made our decision. We had complete trust in him and valued his opinion and advice. We ultimately found a beautiful ranch home right in town, close to ski resorts, conveniently located and at the right price. I met Mo and Joe at an open house in Silverthorne. I was actually interested in a property next door which they showed me. We tried offers on two places and got out bid on each. We decided to look in another area and change our strategy The offer was accepted and we were able to sell or previous place and buy a new place. Both transactions went through relatively smoothly with the addition of a renter we could not negotiate with. They have also been extremely helpful post transactions with local contractors. I could not be happier with working with them. Hey, we may be doing this again in a few years.

We were able to secure a 3 bedroom home and paid to ask the price before the home was even on the market. Beyond securing the deal, she has pointed us to reliable contractors for a bathroom remodel, cleaning services, and restaurants. She has been there before, during, and after the contract was closed.
