About Maureen Lathrop

Maureen, or "Mo" as most people call her,  moved to the mountains to begin her career in real estate after receiving her Law Degree from Creighton University in 2014. Her experience in the market, combined with her education makes her an ideal choice as your Summit County real estate concierge. 

Drawn to the mountains for its beauty and year-round recreation, Maureen understands that it goes beyond just purchasing a home, it’s a lifestyle!

The Closing Gift That Gives

For those of us lucky enough to call Summit County “Home,” we know just how special this community is. From the people to the local businesses, and the non-profits - this is what makes Summit County unique. In an effort to welcome my clients into the community, with each home sold I will donate to a local Summit County nonprofit of my client’s choice, in their names. It’s important we continue to contribute to what makes this community so special. The Summit County community may be small, but it's got a big heart!
